Our Returns & Refund Policy
Orders are eligible for a return for 30 days from the day you place your order.
If the item is defective you can return this for a refund.
Returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How Do I Do A Return?
REPACK YOUR ITEMS
We recommend repacking your items in the original packaging to reduce the risk of your item being damaged in transit.

We do not offer free returns unless prior agreement with customer service.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A typical refund will take up to 7 days + your banks handling time.
If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or a voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
You've got 30 days to send something back to us from the day you order it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.
