    HIGH-TEMPERATURE HEAT RESISTANT PAINT - Polar Heat Resistant Lacquer is a premium quality, high-temperature spray paint with outstanding adhesion to bare ferrous metals with excellent covering power. Designed to be heatproof up to 450°C giving exceptional thermal stability.

    NO PRIMER NEEDED - Apply directly to bare or rusty metal surfaces. Formulated to act as primer, undercoat and topcoat all in one. Spray action means less time preparing and more time applying. A corrosion-resistant solution that acts as a protective layer on metal surfaces and prevents rusting.

    MULTI-PURPOSE USE FOR INTERIOR & EXTERIOR - Our heat-resistant spray paint can be used on a wide range of surfaces, both inside the house and on outdoor garden features or ornaments. Designed for use on a barbecue (BBQ), stove, chiminea, fireplace, radiators, fire screens, fire surrounds, and automotive/ car applications, including exhaust systems and motors.

    EXCELLENT DURABILITY - Superior adhesion to metal, brick, concrete rendering, plaster, wood and more. Ideal for surfaces which are subject to high heat, like fire pits, BBQs and stoves, exhausts, motors, and mechanical and metal surfaces. Not suitable for application on surfaces subjected to direct fire or flame.

    EASY TO USE & QUICK DRYING - Polar Heat Resistant Lacquer is easy and quick to use. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. For optimal results, apply 2-3 coats. Touch dry in 15-30 minutes. Apply heat gradually to the surface and maintain for 1 hour before maximum heat.

    Not suitable for application on surfaces subjected to direct fire or flame.
    Before application, ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from rust or debris.
    Mask off to prevent any overspray.
    Ensure temperatures are between 15℃ and 25℃ - in a suitably ventilated area.
    No primer is required prior to application.


    Shake the can thoroughly for at least two minutes.
    Repeat shaking at regular intervals during use.
    Apply sparingly from a distance of 15 – 25cm.
    Apply 2 to 3 light coats as necessary to achieve total and even coverage.
    Leave about 15 minutes between each application.

    Finishing Up

    On completion of use, invert the can and depress the actuator for a few seconds to prevent nozzle blockage.
    The coated surface may be cured in use.
    Ensure proper ventilation and avoid inhalation of fumes during the curing process.
    Apply heat and gradually build-up to maximum temperature. Maintain for 1 hour.
    Sudden high temperatures will destroy the coating.
