Seal leaks fast with Polar LeakFix Liquid Rubber, a rubberised roof sealant that forms a strong, flexible membrane over leaks, cracks and damaged exterior surfaces. It moves with the roof beneath it, helping protect against damp and weather damage.
Use it for emergency repairs or as part of regular roof maintenance. No primer is needed and one generous coat is normally enough.

Drying Time: Touch dry in 3-4 hours and fully cured in 6-7 days.

Flat and pitched roofs, felt roofs, sheds, gutters, windows, pipework and drainpipes. Suitable for asphalt, bitumen, brick, concrete, stone, tiles, grout, fibreglass, wood, metal and lead.

Preparation
Remove any surface water.
Clean away oil, grease and dirt.
No primer needed.
Application
