Polar LeakFix Fibred Roof Coating is a high-performance fibred and rubberised roof sealant designed to seal leaks and cracks while instantly waterproofing exterior surfaces. Our flexible, UV-resistant membrane helps protect against damp and weather-related damage across flat and pitched roofs, gutters, windows, pipework and drainpipes.

Suitable for asphalt, roofing felt, bitumen, brick, concrete, stone, tiles, grout, wood, fibreglass, metal and lead, it is ideal for felt roof sealant, felt roof repair, flat roof repair, shed maintenance and general exterior repairs.

No primer is required: simply prepare the surface, stir well and apply directly with a brush or roller. One generous coat is normally sufficient, with a second coat potentially required on porous or challenging surfaces after 2-3 days. Touch dry in 3-4 hours and fully cured within 6-7 days, with coverage of approximately 1m² per litre.
