Application
Preparation
It is vital the surface is dry when applying Brick Sealer - any moisture could hinder penetration of solution.
Joints in brick paving should be sound.
If they are not, they need to be raked out and repointed before applying Brick Sealer.
Larger cracks in the surface should be treated the same way.
Application
Application can be achieved via a brush, roller or spray.
We advise using the Polar Garden Sprayer, for optimal coverage and performance results.
Firstly, apply a light mist coat, with a coverage of up to 6-8m² per 1 Litre, followed by a heavy flood coat, with a coverage up to 3-4m² per 1 Litre.
Allow up to 30 minutes dry time between coatings.
Apply a second flood coat if the surface remains tacky.
Allow a full dry time of between 2-3 hours.
