Description

Tarmac Reviver is a safe, water-based product, equally suitable for tarmac or concrete surfaces which is tough and long-lasting with a slip-resistant finish. The slip-resistant finish renews and protects driveways, provides clear demarcation areas for indoor and outdoor floors, corridors and offices.

  • Ideally used for lining sports surfaces such as tennis courts, renews and protects driveways, provides clear demarcation areas for indoor floors, corridors, offices, garages and other concrete and tarmac floors.

How To Use

Step 1 – Preparation:

  • All surfaces should be dry (not damp).
  • Free from loose or flaking material, dirt grease and vegetative growth.
  • Vacuum or pressure blasting with air or water may remove any debris.
  • Brushing (manual or machine) may be suitable.
  • If in doubt always test a small area prior to use.
  • Not to be applied if there is salt contamination or frost.

Step 2 – Application:

  • Stir can well before use.
  • Surfaces that are cold – below 5°C – are not suitable for coating. Hot surfaces – above 30°C – should be cooled with water spray before application otherwise paint will dry before film formation is completed.
  • Apply an even coat either by brush or roller.
  • A new macadam surface should be left to oxidise for at least four weeks (longer in winter than in summer) before painting.
  • Not suitable for use on open graded macadam or other materials incorporating “cut back” bitumen.
  • New concrete should be allowed to mature for several months before coating.
  • Priming is not normally required, however the first coat on concrete or porous surfaces, should first be thinned up to 10% with water and allow to dry.
  • Apply during April to October (exterior)

Excellent Value

Excellent for putting life back into tarmac pathway great result.

5/5
Driveway path paint

Easy to roller on over our 40 year old tarmac path – looks great, non-slip finish, drys black. Easy to wash off your hands too which I was happy about. Enough in the tin to do 2 paths similar to my picture.

4/5
Professional finish

Although we personally found that we had to purchase more of the product than we originally thought to complete our driveway, we found the customer service to be second to none – extremely impressed! We have had lots of positive comments about the finished result too; it has really smartened up the driveway. It looks like new tarmac.

Great and must have.

Great pint and it’s looking great too so let see how it goes over next year but you can see in the picture how good it goes on the floor well-done, thanks.
